Clean Eating is a new goal of mine. I'm going to take it slow by incorporating more "real" foods into my life. Fruits, veggies, and reduce boxed foods. While I can justify the protein bar by saying, "I'm a runner, I need them for fuel", I have seen many recipes for homemade bars. One day I'll get there. As a wise friend of mine told me just today, "I'm not losing weight, I'm losing old ideas." I love that!
One bad eating habit gone on a weekly basis might just be doable.
